Regarding my purchase from the Skechers store in the Sanko mall in Gaziantep, Turkey on May 21, 2023, I am writing to express my satisfaction with the quality of the shoes I purchased. The store clerk failed to inform us that we could collect points by installing an app on our smartphones. Although they scored 187.40 out of a possible 200, they were not included in the application. T***, the person I spoke to when I contacted them via WhatsApp, told me that I couldn't accumulate reward points after making a purchase. When I mentioned that I had downloaded the app, however, the store employee gave me the cold shoulder, dismissively saying, "Your issue is not our concern." Can it be that difficult to assign points?
