I didn't wear the Skechers shoes I purchased from the Ankara Metromall store for even a month. However, the insoles on the inside started slipping. I took the shoes back to the Ankara Metromall store for a return or exchange, and they created a review record for it. They assured me that I would receive a notification via SMS. On Monday, 18th September 2023, I received an SMS stating, "No production-related defects were found in your product, which was examined with the request number 1-290476." How is it possible for the insoles of shoes that I haven't used for even a month to start sliding on their own? Is this the level of service I should expect from Skechers? The store staff didn't address the issue, and I was only informed through a simple SMS. I urgently request that this situation be rectified, either by providing a refund or a replacement pair of shoes.
