My Skechers Shoes Show Signs of Wear within 2 Months
I bought a pair of shoes from the Skechers store at Eskişehir Espark Mall in May 2023. After only two months of use, the shoes developed a noticeable opening at the toe area, much to my dismay. I quickly returned the shoes to the store for inspection, hoping for a resolution. The response I received, however, was disheartening. They claimed there was no manufacturing flaw and that I could get my shoes back. This lack of support from Skechers is truly disheartening, especially after spending a significant amount of money on their product and trusting their brand. I still haven't picked up the shoes from the store, and I'm not sure I want to. The fact that the shoes began to show signs of wear in such a short period of time, combined with Skechers' lack of support, has left me extremely disappointed. As a returning customer, I expect higher standards of quality and customer service. Please take note and address this issue, Skechers.
