MentalUP Family Premium Subscription Caused Duplicate Charges

March 27 7:12 PM3

Even though I am actively using my MentalUP Family Premium yearly membership and my subscription appears valid until March 27, 2027, an additional approximately $39 was charged from my card today. Previously, I had already paid approximately $21 for a membership that was supposed to continue until November 24. For the past two years, I have repeatedly experienced unnecessary and overlapping charges before my memberships even expired.

Despite all of these extra payments, I still have not received any activation code, which means I cannot properly and fully use the service I paid for. I tried contacting MentalUP through email, phone support, and the in-app support system, but I have not received any response from any channel and cannot find anyone to resolve the issue. I am experiencing serious inconvenience both because of the repeated charges and because the activation code was never delivered.

I request that all unnecessary and unfair charges be canceled, that every amount withdrawn from my card be refunded in full, and that the activation code corresponding to my currently active membership be sent to me immediately so I can finally use the service properly.
