MentalUP Password Reset Email Never Arrives

I cannot log into the MentalUP application on my phone. I purchased a 1-year membership on December 3, and for approximately the last 2 days I have been completely unable to access the application. I am experiencing problems related to my password. Even though I use the “forgot password” option and enter my correct email address, I never receive any password reset email.

I am trying to log in using the same email address that I used for the payment, and I am not using any different email account. The exact same issue continues every time I try, and because of this I am unable to benefit from the service that I already paid for.

I request that my password reset and login issue be investigated, that access to my account be restored, and that I be able to use the 1-year membership I paid for without any further problems.
