MentalUP Renewed My Subscription After I Already Canceled It

Even though I canceled my MentalUP subscription in 2025, a new annual membership fee of approximately $9 was charged from my account on February 25, 2026. I originally purchased my first subscription through Google Play, while the following year’s subscription was purchased directly through your website. Despite canceling the membership, I do not consider it acceptable for the subscription to renew automatically without my clear approval.

I request that my membership be permanently canceled so that it will never renew again and that the approximately $9 charged from my card be fully refunded to me. Otherwise, I would like to state that I intend to pursue legal action regarding this issue.
