I have been a loyal Skechers customer, purchasing multiple pairs in just one month. However, one of the shoes I bought ripped open after only two uses. When I sent it for an inspection, the response was "not a manufacturing defect." How is this possible when the product literally fell apart after minimal wear?
The lack of customer support is unacceptable. Skechers is ignoring their own quality issues and pushing the blame on customers. I reached out to customer service, but they were completely unhelpful. I will never shop from this brand again! I will also file a complaint with consumer protection agencies until Skechers takes responsibility for its defective products.
