My Skechers Shoes Wore Out in 3 Months – Unacceptable Quality and Service

I purchased a pair of Skechers sneakers from one of your stores, but within just three months, the shoes began falling apart. The seams opened, and the leather started peeling, making them unwearable. I sent the shoes for inspection, but the response was that it wasn’t a manufacturing defect, effectively blaming me as the user.
I’ve been a loyal Skechers customer for years, and I was generally satisfied with your products in the past. However, the quality of your shoes has noticeably declined. For the high price I paid, I expected better durability and customer support. By dismissing these issues as user error, you’re losing customer trust and pushing loyal buyers like me toward other brands. I’m extremely disappointed and expect Skechers to take responsibility for this issue.
