I bought a pair of Skechers sneakers from the official store, and despite only wearing them for a single season, they’ve become completely unusable. The heel is torn, there’s a hole forming, the shiny side details have peeled off, and the overall structure of the shoe is badly deformed. They're now incredibly uncomfortable and not even wearable.
Since the store said shoes could be submitted for inspection within 2 years, I brought them back. But the result? Rejected. The response claimed there was no manufacturing defect. How is that possible when a supposedly quality shoe falls apart this badly after one season of light use?
It’s extremely disappointing that a brand like Skechers doesn’t stand by its products or value customer satisfaction. I expected more. After this experience, I won’t be shopping with Skechers again. I urge the company to take responsibility and treat its customers with the respect they deserve.
