I purchased a pair of Skechers GO Run Consistent 2.0 Empowered sneakers on 06/09/2024. Unfortunately, within just a short period, the shoes tore. I returned them to the Sirkeci store on 25/10/2024, where the staff informed me they would send the shoes for factory inspection. On 05/11/2024, I received a response stating that the issue was due to "user error," and a refund or exchange was denied.
I strongly disagree with this decision. A product purchased just a month ago should not wear out so quickly, especially from a trusted brand like Skechers. I am requesting an immediate resolution through either a refund or a replacement for this defective product. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I expect proper customer care.
