I purchased a pair of Skechers GO Walk Flex shoes from Skechers.com on September 6, 2024, and I’m extremely disappointed with their durability. Despite the shoes coming with a 24-month warranty, the right shoe started separating and tearing at the sole in less than a year. What’s even more frustrating is that I barely wore them—this kind of damage after such light use is completely unacceptable.
I contacted Skechers customer service twice, hoping for a proper resolution. However, both times my warranty claim was rejected after an inspection that concluded there was “no manufacturing defect.” How can a shoe marketed for comfort and durability fall apart this easily, and yet not be considered defective?
This experience does not reflect the quality standards I expected from Skechers. I’m requesting either a full refund or a replacement under the warranty terms. I urge the company to take accountability and resolve this issue promptly. A premium brand should not ignore such clear product failures.
