On September 11, 2023, I purchased Skechers Go Run Consistent running shoes (Model: 128280 BKPR) from the Boyner app. Despite not wearing the shoes on a daily basis, as shown in the attached photographs, there are tears in the inside portions and lining edges that are not caused by usage. As a result, on March 1, 2024, before the six-month guarantee period expired, I returned the product to the Boyner store in Bursa's Korupark Shopping Mall for inspection and replacement by the manufacturer. When I phoned the store on March 25, 2024, they told me that the merchandise had been received with a 'Return' decision on March 20, 2024. Today, March 27, 2024, I went to pick up my product. As shown in the attached photographs, they sent a printed rejection answer indicating that there are no production concerns. These shoes belonged to my daughter, and I purchased them for her when classes resumed. In May 2023, I bought a Skechers brand pair for myself, which has similar tears in the inner lining. On March 15, 2024, I returned the pair to the store where I purchased it for an evaluation and refund. If I receive a rejection response from them as well, I will file an appeal with the Consumer Arbitration Committee for both pairs of shoes and never buy Skechers brand shoes again. I'll also tell others not to purchase them. I did not pay a low price for these shoes; I bought them specifically for their soft and durable soles, but I was disappointed.

I was called by Skechers customer service. They are insistent that the issue is due to usage. I can't understand how the inner lining tears in both shoes when they haven't even completed a year yet. I have never experienced this problem with other brands. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

So? The result? You neither have an offer to make a repair, nor do you accept a product return, nor do you provide a refund. You have left me without a solution.

I wish I had checked sikayetvar.com before buying this Skechers shoe, just like I do with all other brand products. We were deceived by its name and so-called quality and bought it without researching. Shame on them.
