On April 15, 2024, I purchased a pair of Skechers D’LITES New Journey sneakers. However, after some time, the sides of the shoes started splitting. I sent them for inspection twice, but each time, Skechers blamed me, claiming it was user-related damage.
I do not have any foot issues, yet the shoes stretched out excessively and lost their shape. They are now too loose and falling apart. When I bought them, I was assured of a 2-year warranty, yet when an issue arose, Skechers dismissed it as my fault instead of standing behind their product.
I was a loyal customer, but this experience has changed my opinion of the brand. For a company that sells such expensive products, I expected better quality and customer service. While researching, I found that many others have faced the same issue, which is truly disappointing. I demand a fair resolution – Skechers must take responsibility!
