On December 8, 2024, I purchased a pair of Skechers D’LITES 5.0 sneakers from an official Skechers store. Within just 20 days, both shoes started splitting at the front. I took great care of them, using only the Skechers "Shoe Care U Athletic Cleaner", which I also bought from the store, and cleaned them only twice.
On February 7, I returned the shoes to the store for an inspection. Just one week later, I received a message from Skechers stating that there was no manufacturing defect. This is unbelievable! In just 20 days of light use (at most 15 times, and only indoors due to my back issues), how could they possibly fall apart?
I paid ₺5600 for these shoes, believing in Skechers' so-called quality. If the product starts falling apart after 20 days, the company must take responsibility. Selling a product at a premium price while refusing to stand behind its quality is unacceptable. I demand a replacement or a refund. Fix this mistake!
