I bought two pairs of Skechers sneakers—one for summer, one for winter—on January 19, 2024, directly from a Skechers store. I was told both pairs came with a 2-year warranty. Despite wearing the shoes only during their respective seasons, the inner heel lining on both pairs became severely worn and deformed.
I submitted both shoes for inspection on March 16, 2025, expecting a repair, exchange, or refund under the warranty. But by March 24, 2025, I received a response blaming me, claiming the damage was due to "user error" and refusing to cover it under warranty.
This is completely unacceptable. I wore the shoes as intended, and the wear is clearly from poor material quality, not misuse. I demand either a full replacement or a ₺ refund for both pairs. Skechers must stand behind the warranty they advertise and stop shifting the blame onto customers.
