I am an eFootball player from India and I am currently unable to access my account on my new mobile device. My game was linked with my Google account and Konami ID, and now I am stuck at the two-step verification stage. I no longer have access to my old mobile phone, so I cannot receive or use the previous verification method, and I also do not remember the date of birth registered on the account. Because of this, I cannot log in to my eFootball account on my new phone and I am worried about losing all my game data and progress.
