I am writing regarding a problem I experienced in a football game on my mobile phone while using my Ooredoo / Quwincy balance. About two weeks ago, I spent 900 Quincy coins in the game to buy new players, but the players I received turned out to be very weak and did not match the value I paid. I was very disappointed because I expected to get players with a reasonable level of performance for the amount I spent. I tried to reach support, but I did not receive any response. I kindly request that the 900 Quincy coins I spent on these weak players be refunded to my account, or that an equivalent solution be provided, so that I do not lose the balance I paid for.
