Clash Of Clans Event Stars Not Counting Toward Skeleton King Reward

I am a Clash of Clans mobile player and I am writing about a problem in the current event where you need to contribute stars to unlock rewards. Since today, around 17 May, the stars I earn from battles are not being counted toward the event progress. Because the stars are not being added, I am unable to contribute properly to the event and this directly affects my chance to unlock the Skeleton King skin, which is the main reward I am aiming for. I have not made any purchases for this event and I understand the skin should be unlocked only by contributing stars but at the moment I cannot gain any stars for the event despite playing and winning battles. I kindly request that you check my account and fix this issue with the event so that the stars from my battles are correctly counted, and that you ensure I do not miss out on the Skeleton King skin due to this problem.
