Valorant Account Hacked After Unauthorized Riot Email Change
I am writing regarding a serious issue with my Valorant account, which has effectively been stolen after an unauthorized email change. On 15 May 2026 I received an email informing me that the email address linked to my account had been changed from my own address, “thedopel***@gmail.com”, to another one that does not belong to me. Today, I completely lost access to my account and can no longer log in. On the same day I received the change notification (15 May 2026), I immediately submitted two separate tickets to Riot Games support to report that my account had been compromised and that the email had been changed without my permission. Since then I have not received any response or support, and my account remains inaccessible. I usually play Valorant on PS5 in Indonesia, with my account region set to EUW. I have spent approximately 50 euros on this account for in‑game content, and I am unable to use any of these purchases because I no longer have access. I request that my account be fully recovered, that the unauthorized email change be reverted, and that access be returned to me so I can continue playing the game and use the content I have paid for.
