Today, I made a top-up payment for Free Fire Max through Family Pay, but I did not receive any diamonds in my account despite the payment being completed. I used the in‑game top-up option, and the transaction was processed under the reference/transaction ID 613763126238 for my game account with UID FMPIB5517373380. Since no diamonds were added to my Free Fire Max account even though the amount was deducted, I request a full refund of this payment to my original payment method. I kindly ask you to review this transaction and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
