Skechers and Boyner Failing to Stand Behind their Products

I purchased a pair of Skechers athletic shoes from Boyner Prime Mall Store in Iskenderun five months ago due to discomfort in my feet. Unfortunately, after wearing them just once, the shoes developed a noticeable defect. I trusted both the Skechers brand and Boyner as the retailer, but it seems I was mistaken. Neither Skechers nor Boyner are willing to take responsibility for the faulty product. They requested to examine the shoes and despite the urgency caused by the earthquake, they kept me waiting for a month, only to provide an unsatisfactory response and reject my request for an exchange. On the same day I handed the shoes to Boyner, another customer approached with the same complaint about the identical pair. They acknowledged the product's flaws, yet failed to address the issue. They promised to examine the shoes, but their actions remain uncertain. It's disheartening to see how Skechers and Boyner have handled this situation. My uncomfortable feet have suffered for a month without any resolution in sight.
