Refusal to Return Skechers Shoes that Tore in a Few Wears!

The Skechers men's shoes I purchased in April 2023, despite being worn only a few times, have inexplicably developed openings along the edges, resembling cuts. Since I bought the shoes from the Boyner website, I took them there for inspection, and they were sent for further examination. To our dismay, we learned that the refund was denied after the inspection. Additionally, upon closer inspection, we observed that the shoes were covered in green mold. We sent them for reexamination as the shoes are in no condition to be used. Why should we spend thousands of liras on shoes that can only be worn 5-6 times? Even market goods prove more durable. We are disappointed by the lack of quality and the utter disregard for customer satisfaction, which is uncharacteristic of the Skechers brand. We await the return of the shoes and compensation for this unfortunate experience.
