I Bought Two Skechers Shoes and Both Had Defects but My Claims Were Rejected

I purchased two pairs of Skechers shoes — one from Boyner and the other from the brand's official store. One pair became too loose and widened to the point where it no longer fits securely on my feet. The other pair has a tear in the fabric section. I submitted both products for inspection, but unfortunately, my claims were denied. I truly think these problems stem from manufacturing defects rather than any mistakes made by the user. It's frustrating to have my concerns brushed aside so swiftly, particularly since I've experienced similar issues in the past that went unaddressed as well. I made these purchases with the hope of receiving quality and reliability, but sadly, that hasn't been the case for me. I kindly request a fair reassessment of the products and an appropriate resolution to this matter.
