Skechers Shoes Fell Apart in 3 Months – Warranty Denied, No Customer Support

I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes directly from the company's official website, expecting quality and durability. However, within just three months, the soles completely fell apart—they are in pieces!
When I reached out to Skechers for assistance, I was met with zero support. Instead of taking responsibility for the defective product, they blamed me, claiming "user error." This is completely unfair. How is it possible for a shoe to fall apart this quickly under normal use?
To make things worse, there is no way to reach anyone at Skechers. Their customer service is unresponsive and dismissive. I demand an immediate resolution—either a refund or a replacement. Skechers must stand behind their products and honor their warranty commitments!
