I bought a pair of Skechers shoes from the Skechers Mall of store, and after just 2–3 months of light use, the upper part of the shoes started tearing. Because of this, I sent them in for inspection under warranty. However, the result came back negative, and my shoes are still being held at the store. Since I live outside the city, I have not been able to pick them up. To make matters worse, I received a message saying that if I do not collect the shoes by a certain date, they will be destroyed.
I tried calling the store, but no one answered. I also contacted Skechers customer service, yet I could not reach a representative, and no solution was offered. For a product that is still under warranty, it is completely unacceptable that the shoes tore so quickly and that I am being denied proper support.
I demand a full refund for this defective product, and I also request clear information about the current status of my shoes. Skechers must take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.
