I purchased a pair of Skechers sneakers from the Skechers store at Forum Istanbul on February 13, 2025. After wearing them for the very first time, I noticed a noticeable wrinkle forming at the front of the shoe. I immediately returned to the store, where they said the shoes would be sent in for inspection.
A few days later, I received a message stating:
“Dear customer, regarding your request number 1-454422, no manufacturing defect was found in the product. We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your claim.”
How can a high-priced (₺) shoe wrinkle visibly after just one wear and still be considered acceptable? I’ve barely even worn them, and they already look old and worn out. This is not what I expect from a brand like Skechers.
I request that this issue be reviewed again and that Skechers provide a fair and proper resolution. Customers should not be stuck with substandard products that show signs of wear after one use.
