On June 17, 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers Hillcrest–Vast Adventure shoes from the authorized Skechers store in Kırıkkale. After about one and a half to two months of normal daily use, both the right and left shoes developed the same type of deformation in the exact same spot. I only wore them casually for around two months before the issue appeared.
Due to the problem, I brought the shoes back to the store twice, and both times they were sent to Skechers for inspection. However, in both cases, my claim was rejected by the company. I chose Skechers because I believed in its quality, but this experience has been disappointing. Despite the shoes being under warranty and the defect appearing quickly and symmetrically, no solution was offered.
My claim number is 1-rı-7-1665883. I am requesting that the defective shoes be replaced under warranty and that this issue be resolved promptly.
