On June 23, 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers Arch Fit D'Lites shoes (Order No: 278483) from the official Skechers website, paying ₺4,724 by credit card. I only used the shoes for about three weeks of regular daily wear, yet both shoes developed serious quality issues. The inner heel lining on both pairs showed noticeable deformation and wear, and I also noticed loose stitching and weak construction that should never appear on a product this new.
I immediately submitted the shoes for inspection through an authorized Skechers store. However, my request was rejected with the vague explanation that “no manufacturing defect was found.” I strongly disagree with this conclusion because such rapid deterioration cannot be blamed on normal use. A brand like Skechers, which promotes itself as offering comfort and durability, should not dismiss clear product flaws this quickly.
So far, I have not received any further assistance from Skechers customer service. I request a full product replacement and expect Skechers to provide a resolution that reflects its commitment to customer satisfaction. Ignoring this problem only damages trust in the brand.
