I purchased a pair of Skechers GO Run shoes for around ₺3249 and wore them for approximately 4 months under normal daily conditions. Out of nowhere, I started to notice cracking along the sides and a tear at the heel area. These issues clearly point to material failure rather than user misuse.
Hoping for a fair resolution, I took the shoes to Buca Yalı Spor, where they were sent in for inspection. After waiting nearly three weeks, I was shocked to learn that my request for a refund or exchange was denied, with no adequate explanation provided.
This experience is extremely frustrating. I paid a premium price expecting durability and quality from Skechers, but the shoes have fallen apart far too soon. I take good care of my footwear and have never experienced this kind of deterioration in such a short period with any other brand.
I strongly urge Skechers to re-evaluate this claim and either replace the product or issue a full refund. Defects like this should be covered under warranty, and dismissing customers with vague rejections is unacceptable. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
