I bought a pair of Skechers shoes and was honestly expecting durability and comfort based on all the positive feedback I had heard. Unfortunately, within just 2 months, the shoes began to wear out visibly, especially around the mesh areas, despite the fact that I never even washed them.
I paid ₺2500 for this pair, assuming it would last far longer than a couple of months. I submitted the shoes for a warranty inspection, only to be told that the issue was “not a manufacturing defect.” I find this extremely disappointing—how can a premium-priced shoe wear down so quickly under normal, light use and still not be considered defective?
This experience does not match the reputation Skechers has built. I chose your brand expecting quality, not premature wear and denied claims.
I’m asking Skechers to reconsider this decision and take responsibility for a product that clearly did not meet expected standards. I either want a replacement, a refund, or a proper repair. Ignoring legitimate complaints only pushes loyal customers away. Please make this right.
