I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes from Deichmann’s online store on 10.02.2025, paying ₺4,599.99. Unfortunately, in less than two months, the heel area ripped apart significantly, as can be clearly seen in the attached photo. I returned the shoes to Deichmann and explained the issue, only to receive a disappointing response stating that “no manufacturing defect could be found.”
I genuinely chose Skechers for their comfort—something I can’t deny—but this experience has left me shocked at how little value the brand seems to place on product durability or customer support. A shoe this expensive should not fall apart in such a short time, and blaming the customer rather than accepting responsibility is simply unacceptable.
I expect Skechers to take this complaint seriously and either replace the defective product or issue a full refund. If I don’t receive a satisfactory resolution soon, I will escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities. I sincerely hope the company reconsiders its stance and acts accordingly.
