I bought a pair of sports shoes with the code 124933 bklv/GO Walk Workout Walke from the Skechers store in Çanakkale. After wearing them a few times, the heel parts (inner soles) started to detach and open up. The shoes are unusable and causing blisters on my feet. The product I purchased was supposed to be the best, most durable, and most comfortable shoe at the Skechers store. It was also the most expensive one on display. When I went to the store to explain the situation, they examined the product and rejected my request for an exchange without providing any explanation. Support Form number: 2-11126, Support Request Date: 17/05/2023, Invoice No: 2-r-7-213106. I am deeply disappointed. It is evident that the product is defective, and it is unreasonable to ask for proof. It's incomprehensible how such a flaw can be deemed unacceptable. The authorities must contact me immediately and either replace the product with a suitable one or provide a refund. A reputable brand should stand behind its products and not cause consumer dissatisfaction. I will continue to voice my complaints through all necessary channels until this issue is resolved.
