Skechers Does Not Return Expensive And Poor Quality Shoes

I purchased a new-season shoe from Skechers, and on the 10th day of wearing it, the heel handle broke off. I've never experienced such poor shoe quality in my life. To address this issue, I submitted a refund request through the store, but Skechers reviewed and rejected it. Considering the high price I paid for these shoes, it's extremely disappointing that a pair worth 3,200 TL (approximately 120 USD) doesn't even match the quality of shoes worth just a few hundred liras.
