On February 7, 2025, my 76-year-old mother-in-law purchased a Singer sewing machine from one of your stores. However, despite buying it brand new, the machine turned out to be defective. Unfortunately, since she is elderly, she misplaced the receipt.
When we went to the store to request a return, they refused to accept it without a receipt and told us to take it to an authorized service center instead. At the Singer service center, we were mocked and dismissed—they outright refused to inspect the machine and insisted we take it back. We paid 250₺ out of pocket for a private inspection, which confirmed that the machine’s base was defective and would cost 1,500₺ to repair!
When we returned to the store, they redirected us to another service center listed on the warranty. But when we took it there, they said, "This isn’t our product, we won’t check it." This back-and-forth is completely unacceptable.
Singer, stand behind your product! We expect you to resolve this issue immediately and provide the support that your customers deserve. We are waiting for an urgent response!
