Samsung Washing Machine Drum Not Rotating - Service Unreachable
I purchased a Samsung washing machine with the number 07LC5ESX201006 through the Samsung online site in Çanakkale, and for more than a month the drum has not been rotating. Because of this malfunction, I have not been able to use the machine properly for a long time and my daily life has been negatively affected. I tried to reach Samsung service regarding this issue, but it is almost impossible to contact the technical service. Customer service only creates a record and does not produce any real solution or follow-up, so the problem has still not been resolved. Considering that the product has had a serious malfunction and that I have not been able to receive effective service for over a month, I request that my washing machine be replaced with a new device as soon as possible and that this process be handled quickly and without causing me any further inconvenience.
