eFootball Mobile Account Lost After Phone Change - Konami ID Issue
I am a mobile eFootball player from Kenya and I lost access to my account after changing my phone on 11-01-2026. My account was linked to a Konami ID and my in-game name is “Roggy34”. After switching to the new device, I was unable to access my old eFootball Mobile account anymore. I had linked it with my Konami ID, but despite this, I cannot get my previous progress back on the new phone. This is the only account I use and I would like to continue playing with it. I kindly request that my eFootball Mobile account linked to the Konami ID be recovered and restored so that I can access it again on my new phone.
