Melbet Locked My Account Right After I Requested a Withdrawal
I have an online betting account with Melbet in Cameroon and recently experienced a serious problem when trying to withdraw funds to my card. After requesting a withdrawal, I was suddenly signed out of my account. Since Monday, I have not been able to access it again. It has now been 3 days without any justification or explanation from Melbet as to why my account was blocked or logged out. I attempted to contact Melbet customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. My funds are currently stuck in the account, and I am unable to complete my withdrawal or even log in to see my balance or account status. I request that Melbet urgently reopen my account and proceed with the payment of my withdrawal as requested, so that I can access my money without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation as to why my account was suddenly signed out in the first place.
