Singer 6660 Broke in 10 Minutes—Same Issue Keeps Coming Back

I purchased the Singer 6660 sewing machine with high hopes, but I was let down almost immediately. Within just 10 minutes of first use, the bobbin case rotated out of place, causing the machine to malfunction. I sent it back to the store and requested a replacement. Instead of a new unit, it was repaired at a service center and returned to me.
Unfortunately, the exact same issue happened again, and not just once. After three separate repairs where the same part was supposedly fixed or replaced, the machine still doesn't work properly. Clearly, this is either a design flaw or extremely poor quality control.
I've been left frustrated, disappointed, and without a working product despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. I demand a full replacement or refund. Singer’s failure to provide a reliable solution after repeated failures is unacceptable. This is not what I expected from a brand with such a long-standing reputation.
