My Singer Overlock Sewing Machine Has a Defective Pedal, I Demand a Refund

January 25, 2025 11:59 AM7

On December 20, 2024, I bought a Singer overlock sewing machine from A101. Shockingly, on the very first use, the pedal didn't work—it just made noise without stitching. Later that evening, it randomly began working, but the next day, when I tried sewing again, the pedal completely stopped responding. When I contacted the authorized service center, they instructed me to send it to Karabük, warning they'd charge me if they found any physical damage. Seriously? How can a brand-new machine break so easily from basic use? A101 customer service wasn't helpful either, insisting I send it for repairs under warranty. Why should I accept repairs on a faulty product used only twice? Singer and A101, I demand a full refund immediately—fix this problem now!
