Litmatch Support Not Responding to Account Access Issue

I am a user of the Litmatch app on an Android phone, and since Sunday, I have been unable to log in to my account at all. Before this, I was frequently switching between accounts, and after doing this several times, an error started to occur, and now I cannot access my account anymore. Since this problem started, I have tried to log in repeatedly, but the app does not allow me to enter my account. I have important data and purchases in this account (such as in‑app items and interactions) that I can no longer access. I contacted Litmatch support about this situation, but so far, I have not received any response. I request that my account be recovered and that my access from this device be restored so that I can continue playing and interacting normally. I also ask that the technical problem related to frequent account switching be checked and fixed so that this does not happen again.
