I have been using a Reeder phone for about 1 year, and after this period, the battery of the device became swollen. I find this justification insufficient because a phone battery should not swell to this extent under normal use, regardless of the charger, and I consider this to be a problem that should be evaluated within the scope of product quality. I request that my phone be examined in detail, that the swollen battery be replaced free of charge or that the device be repaired or replaced in a way that will not cause me any additional cost, and that an informative and clear explanation be provided about the cause of the problem.
