Singer Home Overlock Machine Not Working – No Support or Warranty Help

I bought a Singer home overlock machine a year ago, and it has been nothing but trouble. Just six months after purchase, I had to take it to service, even though I did nothing wrong. They blamed me for “user error” instead of fixing the issue. Three months ago, I contacted the factory directly, and they still haven’t responded! I can’t even use the machine, and Singer’s customer service is impossible to reach.
This is unacceptable for a well-known brand. If there is a warranty, why am I not getting proper support? I demand an immediate response and a real solution! Singer, take responsibility for your products and stop ignoring your customers. I regret buying this machine!
