Singer Sewing Machine Arrived Defective – No Customer Support

I purchased a Singer sewing machine three months ago, but I only recently opened the box to set it up. As soon as I assembled it, I realized that the machine was defective.
I went to A101, where I purchased it, to report the issue, but they told me to contact Singer directly. However, despite calling multiple times, no one answers the phone! How is it possible that I’m still paying installments for a product that doesn’t work, yet I can’t even get in touch with customer service?
Singer, this is unacceptable! I need a solution immediately! If you sell faulty products, you should at least have proper customer support. Has anyone else had this issue? I demand a replacement or refund!
