Singer Overlock Machine Stopped Working in a Month—No Support from Service
I purchased a Singer overlock machine on December 25, 2025, and in less than a month, it has already become unusable. The blade won’t cut, and the thread keeps snapping, making it impossible to sew properly. I took it to an authorized service center, expecting a solution, but as soon as they saw the machine, they bluntly said, "We don’t handle these." I was left stranded at the door with no help, no support, nothing.
I tried contacting customer service, but no one is responding. This machine is barely a month old, and I haven’t even been able to use it properly before it started breaking down. I demand a full replacement or a refund so I can buy a different machine. Singer needs to take responsibility—this level of poor quality and service is unacceptable!
