I bought a Siemens EQ500 coffee machine, and it has been a constant headache. The grinder malfunctioned, and I’ve sent it to service twice, where they supposedly fixed it, but now it’s back in the service center again. This makes it the third time the machine has needed repairs. According to the law, if the same issue occurs twice from the same part, I'm entitled to a replacement.
