Request for Siemens EQ500 Coffee Machine Replacement Due to Grinder Issues
I purchased a Siemens EQ500 coffee machine, and it has already been sent to service twice due to a grinder malfunction. Each time, it was returned with the issue supposedly fixed. Now, it's in service again, making it the third time. According to the law, if a product has the same issue twice, it qualifies for a replacement. I am exhausted from dealing with this, and I am requesting a replacement for my machine. If you are not willing to replace it, I request the return of my machine. I am prepared to take legal action, and I have all the service documents on hand.

The device was returned from the service on 24.08.2024, and it was stated that the mechanism of the device would be replaced (this is the third replacement). The request for the replacement of the device was rejected. It was mentioned that if the device malfunctions again, you can apply to the Consumer Court. It seems that the company does not consider user grievances important, as we have read from other complaints about this device with a chronic malfunction. Following the company's advice, I will apply to the Consumer Court.
