Siemens EQ300 Coffee Machine Leaking Again

I purchased my Siemens EQ300 coffee machine two years ago, and just three months after buying it, it started leaking water. I sent it in under warranty, requested a replacement, but my request was denied, and the device was repaired instead. Now, it’s leaking again—this time from the bottom of the water tank, both inside and outside the machine.
Unfortunately, the warranty expired two months ago, and the service center is demanding exorbitant fees for repairs. I chose Siemens because I wanted a reliable machine that would last for years, but I deeply regret my decision. I feel like I would have been better off buying a basic machine from a discount store—it likely would have lasted longer.
I’m sharing my personal experience, not to influence others, but to express my disappointment and frustration. I expected better quality and support from Siemens, and I hope this issue can be addressed fairly.
