I purchased a Siemens washing machine on November 19, 2024, and it has been a disappointment from day one. Instead of properly cleaning my clothes, it leaves my white laundry looking gray or even blackened. On top of that, the machine makes loud knocking noises, vibrates heavily, and literally moves across the floor while operating—like it's about to take off.
When a technician finally came to check it, they told me this was “normal.” If this is what Siemens considers normal, then we must have never used a proper washing machine in our lives. This is unacceptable from a brand I trusted.
I will be reaching out to all relevant consumer channels. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will demand a full refund or a product replacement. Siemens, take responsibility and fix this now.
