The installation of our Siemens WM16XMH0TR washing machine was completed on June 14, 2024. Since then, the machine has been making a loud noise from the drum. The technician who visited suggested that the noise might be due to the small load or imbalanced feet on the machine. However, the problem persisted despite multiple service visits. On the third visit, it was discovered that the initial installer had not properly fitted the machine's feet. Although this was corrected, the noise continued. On the fifth visit, the machine was taken to the workshop on July 24, 2024, but we have not received any updates or repair information.
We have been highly inconvenienced with this brand-new machine. Given the ongoing issues and lack of resolution, I am requesting a replacement for the washing machine.
