I bought a Siemens refrigerator a year ago, and since the day I purchased it, it has been operating at a noise level that can be heard from the next room. The loud sound is disturbing my family’s comfort and makes it difficult to use the refrigerator without frustration. I contacted the service team about 10 times, but no solution was provided. Each time they only checked the refrigerator briefly and claimed that everything was normal, which I cannot accept. This situation is not fitting for the Siemens brand, and I am requesting a replacement for the product.
