Siemens Refrigerator Has Been Making Loud Noises Since I Bought It
I bought a Siemens refrigerator a year ago, and since the day I purchased it, it has been operating at a noise level that can be heard from the next room. The loud sound is disturbing my family’s comfort and makes it difficult to use the refrigerator without frustration. I contacted the service team about 10 times, but no solution was provided. Each time they only checked the refrigerator briefly and claimed that everything was normal, which I cannot accept. This situation is not fitting for the Siemens brand, and I am requesting a replacement for the product.

Customer service received and reviewed the videos, unfortunately they said it was normal. They said the sound coming from the next room was normal, which is extremely ridiculous. I will sue Siemens.
